Order and Payment
Should I expect any hidden extra charges when ordering a product?
No extra charges. Pricing includes frame, printing, carry bag regarding Pop up displays, Roll ups, X banners and L banner stands, Pop up- and Promotional counters. In case of ordering PVC, PP or Polyester banners, your order includes the raw material, printing and customized shape.
What methods of payment does popup-rollup.com accept?
We accept 3 types of payment:
1. Paypal
2. Collect on delivery (up to 300 EUR order value)
3. Pre-pay bank transfer
I already have a stand. Can I order the print only?
You can. Use our banner calculator by selecting the appropriate banner material than enter dimensions and quantity. Also please put an order comment explaining Your stand type!
Do your prices include VAT?
No. You have to pay VAT in your country.
What cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

How do I supply my artwork?
Please send your file as an attachment via e-mail under 10 MB. In case of larger data you will have to use our FTP server (ask for password). If you are not familiar with FTP file transfer, please use a free file sharing website like www.yousendit.com.

How do I prepare the artwork?
The easiest way is to use our artwork templates. They are listed in the artwork menu and below product descriptions.
Can you print a picture I took on my digital camera?
We can, however the picture needs to be at least 3 megapixels.
Do I need any bleed in the artwork?
Depending on the product type. Please check the apropriate product artwork template.

How long does it take to set up the stands?
Roll ups, L- and X banners, Counters can be set up in a few minutes. You'll need around 10 -15 minutes to assemble a pop up display. No tools or training required!
How much do the stands weigh?
Weight depends on the stand type (L, X, roll up banners: 3-10 kg, pop up walls: 30-35 kg)
What warranty do you offer?
The hardware carries a 5 year limited warranty which applies to the stand itself against component failure and defects of any kind. (subject to no malicious or accidental damage).
The print carries a 1 year guarantee. (subject to no malicious or accidental damage)
Can I get replacement graphics for my popup stand?
Certainly you can, we sell replacement graphics without frames as well. Use the banner calculator to order print only.
Shipping
How do you ship your products?
Generally we use standard DPD ground as shipping method.
How long it will take to get the products in our hands? What is the lead time on orders?
Our lead time represents the number of working days starting from order confirmation till dispatching the product. Transporting time depends on Your country's location (2-6 days in EU, please use our shipping calculator to get the exact number once You have finished shopping).
We are able to expedite shipping and/or shorten manufacturing time based on actual capacity and/or DPD expedited shipping quote. Please put your expediting request to the order comment box or contact our sales representative.
Yesterday afternoon I have placed an order and paid for it as well. Today morning I still don't have response. What should I do?
There is a 24 hour response time when ordering. Be patient, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Does the price include any carry bag?
We ship all products with free carry bag.
Is there any option to expedite an order?
There are always possibilites depending on actual capacity. Please contact popup-rollup.com customer service to find out the shorterst lead time.
I was out of office when DPD brought the product. What should I do to get it today?
Don't worry, DPD will try to hand over the product 3 times before returning to us. We recommend to contact them in order to find out the delivery time based on the tracking number.
